Their double buggy costs £1,300. Do they just go into the shops and ask for the most expensive items these days? I remember the days when they’d do videos of the girls being given £20 to spend as a treat. They were relatable back then

And they wont keep it. Itll get dumped as soon as they fly off to another country. A bit like Siennas bike.

That’s a tad unfair in my eyes. He was born in their ‘home’. This is not a hospital or midwife led maternity facility. Their home is where they are living at this point. Georgie deserves nothing but admiration. She gave birth to her little boy without drugs or intervention. She was remarkable and she had the beauty of her husband and children around her. Karma’s birth was remarkable but this little boy entered the world beautiful. As a mum of three I envy and admire her.
Stay happy and healthy - well, well done - enjoy
Fair enough but that house is as much their home as a hotel would be

Mrs Hinch (although she's a polar opposite to Fizz Fam in some areas) just showed a collapsible flying buggy by Joolz that might well be better value considering it can come with them to Dubai etc.

I hate it how they act like they're being so ethical and conscious with their purchases and "donating/recycling" their possessions all the time, but the amount of things they buy just to be donated a few weeks after is so wasteful!! and then they end up buying the same product again shortly after! I just can't wrap my head around understanding their new lifestyle.

Are they going back to Dubai once Koa is old enough to travel?

Agreed - buying new all the time in not being environmentally conscious. Even if you give it away to charity afterwards. I'm sure - if they truly cared about the environment - they could have picked up a decent second hand double pram for their time in the UK.

That's one thing I don't like about these 'minimalists' and eco-people who get rid of stuff: I believe purchasing less and using stuff as long as possible is the more ecologically sound thing to do because it reduces the resources needed to make more items in the first place.

One sad thing I learned about the clothing industry is most of the stuff we give away to charity shops (in the UK and to thrift/cosignment store system in the USA etc.) that we thing will be used again is just chucked in landfills eventually because second-hand shops have tons more stock than they could ever sell in most stores.

I used to volunteer in charity shops and that’s sadly true - on labels we’d write the week number so that we could ‘cull’ items that hadn’t sold after a few weeks. Even some items in perfect condition and from decent brands wouldn’t sell

Here’s an idea for these ‘minimalists’ who so kindly donate/recycle their things - how about joining the other end of the spectrum and buying second hand or upcycling?

I had a really quick birth with my second child (just under an hour) it was very intense and she was born in hospital, it annoys me how they made out Koa’s birth. happened so quickly as they were so relaxed etc! My first child was born in 4 hours again in hospital but an assisted delivery, Georgies was probably fast as she has had quite close pregnancies as I did. It had nothing to do with diet or being calm, I thought there Vlog could lull first time parents into thinking home birth meant quick birth, it doesn’t. Darren is a complete control freak, anyone watching their vlogs each individual is different, looking into someone’s eyes and making certain noises, as Georgie suggested, has no bearing in your labour, listen to professionals, not these two individuals who seem to think having a salt lamp made it all happen smoothly 😂

I had a very quick birth with my second. 23 minutes from me arriving at the hospital to her being born. It was far from relaxing and I went in to shock afterwards. I hate how they think they're some kind of pregnancy/childbirth experts when everybody labours differently.

Labours in my experience get quicker the more you have. Im a mam of 3. 1st labour was 6 hours. 2nd labour 3 hours. 3rd labour 1.5 hours

Sorry if this has been covered already... but can someone confirm that the mum had filler as soon as she’s given birth?!

Also, was anyone else really distracted by the booger in her nose?!

It looks awful why are they facing different ways. You would want your baby’s to face the same way so you can take pictures as just check on them, so weird.

Why does she write on her instagram like shes the only woman to give birth. Honestly her know it all sttitude is infuriating.
The whole post partum depression talk was just odd and I cant belive she 'talked' herself out of it.

This is something that irks me with people that listen to a lot of the personal development bullshit. They genuinely don't believe in genuine mental illnesses and believe things like depression can be easily fixed.

It really pisses me off. I'm well aware of the big "nature Vs nurture" debate, however I truly believe that chemical imbalances in the brain cause mental health issues for the majority of people. Yes, there are environmental factors to consider too. But you can't just talk yourself out of true mental illnesses.

Whilst I know she just spoke about the "baby blues", she needs to be careful how she words things on Instagram. When posts by "influential people" aren't worded correctly, dangerous things can happen to followers.

Some things she writes or talks about on vlogs can be helpful. Their birth story vlog for instance, some parts were fairly helpful (but unfortunately Darren took over the majority of the talk and ruined any form of female empowerment that could have came from the video). I wanted to hear from Georgie more, as I know she's had traumatic births in the past. To hear her have a totally different experience was nice. But I wanted to listen to HER, not Mr Controlling.

Was the postpartum depression talk in a video? I can’t find it on Instagram. I don’t think I’ll watch if it’s in a video because I don’t want to fund that mentality. Postnatal depression is a serious illness; if she ‘talked’ herself out of it I doubt she had it. Afaik for the first couple of weeks after birth it’s considered normal ‘baby blues’ and not postnatal depression, because it’s normal to have messy emotions after birth and with your hormones completely out of whack. Koa is only a couple of weeks old so I doubt she would’ve been able to be diagnosed with postnatal depression at such an early stage

Thanks, I only checked the main account! That was less offensive than I thought it’d be though she does sound like such a know it all  she probably writes like the only woman who has given birth because their fans are so young, I expect it makes her feel special. Go socialise with some adults, Georgie!
