Facebook Account Disabled

Has anyone had this happen to them and, if so, what did you do about it? I'm mostly on FB just to keep in touch with family and friends (I have no one living close to me) and today was asked to prove I'm human by downloading a video of my face. I did that (reluctantly) and now I'm being told:

Proably a silly question, but was it 100% FB? There's so much phishing stuff espically now people are getting used to handing over their ID ( )

These new laws sure do give them the perfect excuse to harvest a lot more data
