Hi all.

So since lockdown I’ve been trying to look after myself a bit more. I’ve also just turned 31 and think it’s about time I took my skincare seriously. I’ve started using day and night creams but not really sure what sort of eye cream to use?

I don’t have any lines yet but do get really dark circles (thank you to my 11 month old) and the bit between the brows and eyes has started to droop a bit lol.

Any recommendations or advice please ☺

I've just bought cerave eye cream from boots, I'm 34 and never used an eye cream before. It's lovely, nice and rich, pats in easily and contains HA so will help fine lines as they form.. Was £12

I use the vitamin E one from the body shop, it sinks in quickly which I like. Not tried many eye creams before though.

Thanks all! Tempted to try the body shop, I always loved their stuff but for some reason haven’t shopped there in ages!

Seems like The Ordinary stuff is quite popular but out of stock everywhere!

I joined beauty pie a few months ago. You have to pay a monthly membership to buy the products. The individual products are cheap for the ingredients they contain. A lot of them are under £10 each. My skin has never looked so good, I’m in my 30’s and am now happy to go out without makeup!
They have a great eye cream, I can notice an instant brightening effect.
I highly recommend it but I know it wouldn’t be for everyone.

You can buy it direct from their website. Never had any problems and their delivery is quick

Eye cream is a bit of a waste of money unless it's got potent enough ingredients in. Just use your normal moisturiser right up to your eyes.

If you want something that packs more of a punch, try something like Dr Dennis Gross Ferulic & Retinol eye cream. Pricey but it works.
