EST to GMT

Can anyone tell me if I have a Zoom call at 11am EST time, what does that translate to in GMT? I'm trying to check it online, but I'm getting 3pm, 4pm and 5pm! Obviously I need to know in advance, so does anyone know for sure?

11am EST is 4pm GMT.

Do you not need to be looking at BST for London time?

It’s 5 hours behind the UK (generally all year around bar two weeks around each clock change when we do ours on a different date).

11am EST is 4pm in the UK.
Note the UK is currently on BST which is GMT+1 (in the winter once clocks go back we are then the same as GMT).

Thanks everyone. I messaged my nephew who messaged his uncle (on the other side) in the States. I don't even know what part he's in, but he's confirmed that it's definitely 4pm.
The link for 'find your timezone' was just giving me GMT, then GMT+1 and BST seemed to be different on a couple of different sites.
