I wonder if all these houses they move into and do up become rentals and that's where they make their income?

So their big first house they sold, then they has a terraced house I think which i think they intended to rent out. Then the most recent one, which I'm guessing they won't have sold yet so possibly 2 properties that they rent?

I'm watching the video she put up last week on tik tok about what she's going through at the moment. I do wonder sometimes if what happened to her and Georgia May is one of the reasons she feels that way. But then again I'm not sure if their friendship was real or just for social media.
I think she's always had mental health struggles tbh but brushes them under the carpet. I've never known her to be that consistent with her job, she'll disappear for a while and then come back and say oh I don't want to get you guys down, there are people worse off etc etc. So I'm surprised this time she's admitted it to herself and on her platform. Good on her in that case but she did still talk around it, she didn't want to say outright that she had depression just that she had depressive feelings or something like that.
I'm glad she's seeing a counsellor but I have no doubt her "job" is also what contributes to her low mood. There's no structure or routine and she clearly needs that. Spending your days buying clothes and scrolling social media has to do a number on you.
I agree yes. It is sad to see and I feel sorry for her. I hope that she'll be ok though.
Does anyone know if Georgia Jefferies and Emily are still friends? I'm not on instagram or tik tok anymore so I'm not sure if they're posting together but I haven't seen them together on YouTube.
There’s a new girl on the scene and she seems to have dropped Jeffries. I’ve seen them comment on the occasional post but they haven’t been together for a long time
I think they have deffo fallen out. May be a coincidence but it seems that Emily can only have one friend at a time
Dropped Georgia may for Georgia Jeffries and has dropped her for Channon Mooney. Looks like Channon makes a lot of £££ so maybe Emily has attached herself to her to try and make herself a successful influencer. Just my thoughts but the fact that Georgia Jeffries has a job but is far more consistent at posting on social media shows how little effort Emily puts into her only job. I know she has been anxious but I can't believe the lack of content influencers can get away with producing sometimes whilst still probably being paid a lot more than anyone working a 9 to 5She's got to be one of the most unhappy unfulfilled influencers I've seen. She's constantly just trying to fill a void.
Yea she’s said before I think that she suffers with depression and it makes a lot of sense why when you look at her lifestyle and content tbh.
Am I making this up or did she rent office space claiming she needs the routine of going out to work? She posts maybe a handful of videos a year and the occasional holiday insta dump, I just don’t understand how it’s sustainable
No she did, then decided that having somewhere to work wasn’t the problem so handed the keys back and then the next we heard he had gone back to his day job
