I find this so crazy, he was an incredibly talented song writer back in the day, and wrote some amazing songs. Busted were huge and he wrote their biggest hits. It’s mad that it’s now come to this where he’s asking a small discord group to stream his song silently on repeat, and touring in tiny venues when Busted used to sell out stadium’s etc.

That's not really true. James was the main writer for most of Busted's songs, particularly their first album. He co wrote with other people but he was the main driving force behind Busted. Tom credits James as being the person who taught him how to craft a song. Tom co-wrote a few songs on the second Busted album and James was very involved with the writing of McFly's first album.

Completely agree! James was a very good song writer at one point in time but he didn't move with the times and still thinks in his head that he's an 18 year writing songs.

I’ve probably said this before cause we go round and round with these two but he has the biggest case of Peter Pan syndrome

and they are both guilty of that thing that happens with ‘celebs’ where they are perpetually stuck at the age they became famous (use this term loosely)
