  • Shel is still pretending she is single by absence of the curvy king Matt. However, she’s sloppy enough to leave clues such as his diabetic medicine and shoes in her vlogs. Glimpse of his hands in stories, her Vlogging from the passenger seat of the car (so who is driving?), mention of ‘we’ continually as well. Etc etc. Theories range from him refusing to be in her vlog anymore, or maybe he has a new job where he’s not around in the week or something. Of course we cant rule out a breakup but either way, she is deliberately milking it to get questions and comments on her vlogs.
  • Using photos from her New York trip last year on this years trip to pretending it was sunny at 4.45am when it’s winter in nyc 🥴
  • Claiming she can run at 21mph which is elite male marathon runner pace 🥴
  • Her mums dog ripped her Gucci tights 🤣
  • Saying she loves Charles le clerc and f1 etc but doesn’t follow him or any f1 stuff
  • We also noticed a trend where she was doing close ups of food like pouring sauces and her inserting shots of her arse at every opportunity. So theory has emerged (and just to stress it’s speculation) that she might be doing some fetish type work, probably requests from her DMs for extra ££.
  • her hair is in the most dreadful state even though she is getting freebie appointments from a trichologist (who told her to lay off bleach and heat) she continues to bleach it and get free blow dries as much as possible.
otherwise it’s the same bollocks. Lying about stuff, stuffing her gob with food nonstop, working out manically to burn off the calories, arse licking Emily Canham….

She's such a desperate attention seeker, every part that Em is in Freddy's vlog it seems like she's saying something weird or doing something weird so people will pay attention to her and they seem so tired of her. I wonder if that's why she's starting to latch onto this new friend so much lately?

I know i've said this before but i seriously think she needs to speak to someone about the food noise in her head. It is literally ALL she can talk about, its so disturbing. I've never seen another influencer talk so much about food. Dippy eggs, her bloody dates, yoghurt bowls. Repeating herself all the time and none of it is groundbreaking stuff. Going on about balance. Hon eating a few eggs and some fruit and then eating a ton of sugar is NOT balance. And then saying that she won't stop eating sugar but its on her 'out' list! WHERE ARE HER FRIENDS??? Why aren't they helping her? The very fact that her best friend looks like a literal skeleton and all she does is compliment her says it all.

Also made me lol that Hyrox is on her 'out' list. Babe, you seriously wouldn't be capable of one 😘

The amount of sugar she eats is obscene. And the way she heavily breathes whilst filming it all on the shelves is gross. How does one person eat so much sugar. Yeah, she’s working out a lot but surely long term it is doing a lot of damage to her body?

Also, why does she still do her makeup like this. Nude lip, heavy eye makeup and bleached blonde hair was ok over 15 years ago. What an absolute dog.

She seems incredibly disordered. I am now an ex follower. Hate the binge "eating" (not really she is just saying yes to every freebie food ! ) and the binge exercise. So damaging.

How many more ski posts?! She went on a 5 day trip nearly a month ago and still posting. Clearly nothing else to do, no ideas, no growth.

funny how the people posting the most about how they are changing their diet, going clean and doing new stuff in the new year are actually full of tit. She’s sitting in that damp flat stuffing her gob, scrolling tattle and waiting for her next Barry’s class to burn the food off. What a life.

Her latest tik tok just popped up on my FYP basically her admitting she ruined her hair and is in the process of trying to make it better! Still looks a state as if often said on here but Christ it’s def been worse! :O

'The staff are way nicer in Miami'...probably because the ones in NY are sick of grifters like her only showing up to get pictures, probably spending and tipping as little as possible.
