I wonder if either Child Services got involved or someone threatened to get them involved. I can't imagine Ellidy would be smart enough to realise what CIMS was doing on Minnie's bed was wrong. It had to be a 3rd party getting involved.

I do wonder why some people give Chloe/ Chloe’s family so much credit for potentially intervening. Maybe I’m missing some of the story with them. Chloe seems to be on the same trajectory as Ellidy. Maybe I’m remembering incorrectly but I don’t actually remember Ellidy partying quite as much when Minnie was THAT small?? Correct me if I’m wrong!
I don’t really think the story will come out about CIMS, at least not from Ellidy. Whilst they get pretty personal on the podcast I think whatever happened there is much too private and shameful to discuss. I 100% think child services got involved. If it was a messy end to the friendship then I wouldn’t put it past CIMS trying to profit from sharing the story at some point. But I can also imagine a world where Ellidy was just like it’s out of my hands sis, you’ve gotta move out coz child services said so but I still love you.

I think she was, though with how public it all was I do think anyone could’ve taken it up with Ellidy. I’m sure I wasn’t the only one out there to send a concerned (respectful) DM to her about it because I was so horrified.
