Surely it wasn’t an indefinite amount of money from here to all eternity. I think Daniel paid off their debts and paid their rent up front from around Dec 2019. Would that money have lasted until now?

Jean paid the rent upfront for a year but never got a receipt for it. Now they've been told they've violated the terms of their tenancy agreement by moving Eve in. Boring storyline.
The rent on that for a year would be the best part of £20k. This is what annoys me with the writing sometimes, no part of that is believable. Like you’d hand over that kind of money without an instant receipt, especially with Suki’s track record

Legally Suki wouldn't be able to kick them out like that. There would have to be a hearing about it. In real life someone I know had to go to court to evict a tenant that hadn't paid her and the process takes ages.

Maybe she's regretting quitting EE. She's not a very good actress IMO. I can see her going the reality TV route rather than getting many acting roles. She did the same that a lot of soap stars do. Get popular on a reality show and then think they are too big time for the soap and can hit Hollywood. They usually come crawling back at some.
I heard she was ‘leaving‘ on here and there was speculation as to whether or not she was being killed off.
She chose to leave because she wants to try & make a name for herself in America. The timing isn’t great with Covid though, I think she will find it very tough for the next few years
I think she's quite a good actress and she was really good on strictly- I think she's be great in the west end or broadway. Mind you, she can't sing, despite her best efforts 
But I agree she's probably got her sights set on being the next Margot Robbie, it will come to nothing and she'll end up doing the rounds on reality shows for the rest of her career. A waste if you ask me though- I like her!

I have no idea if she's being killed off, but if she leaves in the back of a cab instead of in a hearse, I expect we'll see her back on the Square in a few years.
Maisie just seems to play herself as Tiffany, she's nothing more than reality TV fodder now. Lauren Branning was exactly the same.
Wasn't Maisie leaving always gonna happen soon anyway after the stuff with her on tiktok that EastEnders weren't happy about? Didnt they ban her from whatever it was she was doing, advertising or collabing? I do love Tiffany and hope she does come back. If masie doesn't get any more full of herself and burns her bridges that is.
