I’ve had loads of weird dreams lately, involving people I know, and it’s like it could be real if that makes sense, All so random but I seem to be remembering them more which is strange

I’ve read about people having crazy dreams in lockdown and I had the worst dream of my entire life the other night it was so vivid and I woke up genuinely panting for breath and my heart was beating so fast!

I dreamt that me and my boyfriend had bought some kind of “adventure package” lol and he was like just go with it whatever it is will be fun, anyway we ended up on a plane that ejected us out the bottom and we landed in some really deep sea and for some reason it was the Isle of Wight how random, in my dream I hated it but was laughing at the same time, we ended up going round a museum exhibition thing and we got to the end and a trap door opened and it was extremely high up (like sky scraper high) and again we fell into the sea, my boyfriend just fell but landed in a good position and I was falling through the sky and I remember seeing and thinking I was going to hit rocks beneath! I hit the water and it was so deep and I just couldn’t swim up to the surface, I was gasping for breath and I was thinking any second now I’m going to die and I woke up in such a state I genuinely felt seconds from death, I’ve never had a dream ever like this before and it stuck with me all day. It made me think about dreams because I once read if you die in a dream you die in real life? Haha.

My boyfriend just laughed at me the next day but it was horrible. I wondered if anyone else had any crazy dreams lately ?

This is such a mad dream ha did you google the interpretation?
Also, its actually true that if you die in a dream you instantly wake up, because the brain does not know what happens after that.
