Little update, I was told by the charity she’s mine if I want her, now that’s changed and I’m most likely going to court so stop her from going back to her abusive owners 😩

Try and document all of the abuse she went through, are there any people who witnessed it who could vouch for it too? If they physically abused her could a vet do a check and show if she has any evidence of scars/injuries from abuse? The reason I ask is cos I reported a neighbour to RSPCA for dog abuse and I gathered as much evidence I could (video recordings of the abuse as they did it in broad daylight) and asked neighbours who also witnessed it if they would testify too. My last foster dog was abused which was seen in her X-rays too so it may be worth considering this if it needs to get to that point. Good luck tho ❤ How is she doing anyway?

I have a behaviouralist who can vouch for the cowering and shacking. My mother and I also witnessed her current owner smack her on the nose hard and told us don’t be afraid to do that ‘if she’s naughty’ she was also very underweight and had a severe ear infection when she arrived. I obviously reported this to the charity.
I am going to do my very best to fight for her ❤
She’s absolutely amazing after maybe 3 weeks of having to gain her trust that we wouldn’t ever hurt her (lots of flinching when trying to do deaf hand signals) she’s such an Angel

My off is deaf following surgery on both ears.. Show him his dog bowl at meal times We use hand signals that mostly work
He never gets off lead as if mooching and another dog approached without being heard my dog will snap. If in garden of night we use a torch to call him in. There are loads of vids on YouTube that may help. Good Luck
