Hi, I go to DLP every year for the last 7 years, I’ve never known them to stagger hotel room release dates before. Although I did get a email today saying that unless you stay in a dlp hotel you now need to prebook your days you will be in the park, maybe this is why more people are staying at the Disney hotels themselves or booked up now

Sorry for a total off topic discussion but I'm after some advice and I feel like you guys might know...

So I am looking at booking disneyland paris next August however 2 weeks ago there were plenty of hotel options and now we only have the disney hotel or on some dates Newport Bay. Have I left it too late or will they release more rooms at different times? Should I just be quick and book something?

They have postponed the opening of quite a few of their hotels (I’m going in February when only the Newport bay and Disneyland Hotel will be open and maybe the Santa Fe but I can’t remember that off the top of my head, I was booked in Sequoia Lodge so have had a free ‘upgrade’ to Newport Bay which isn’t my fave, esp for a winter trip) so it might be to do with that- I guess having one or two hotels full works better than all of them mostly empty where people are not booking as much. I wonder if they are just holding off having as much online until they know what’s happening with travel etc a bit more.
