This is the first I’ve heard of it but I will take a look

It has good links to the original series. It has good reviews and I'll stick with it but I have reservations. I just don't know how justified those reservations are.
Did you like the other recent Dexter stuff? Ie not the original series
New Blood? I was in the fence. The plot holes annoyed the hell out of me.
Me too!! I ended on hating it because it was so much tension but crappy end
I think the castings are really good! We've watched 2 episodes, liking it so far but I did like newblood at first and then it went downhill fast 
I stuck with it because I love Dexter so much, I'll watch whatever they do. New Blood ended how it had to (and Dexter should have died at the end of the original series). It was so unbelievable though; some small town cop worked him out? Angel magically cropped up? Ketamine rather than M99? Harrison could find him but no one else did? Nah, too much and it was flogging a dead horse to an extent. Not sure how I feel about Resurrection if I'm honest.
They did film a new series of New Blood focusing on Harrison but I read they canned it.
I 100% agree with the casting. They've picked some corkers. I really wasn't sure about Christian Slater but I really like him as Harry. The actor who plays Masouka (sp?) has his laugh down to a t.I think the castings are really good! I binged watched what's out so far today and really enjoyed it. I agree that the actors are really good for the roles
Where do you think it will go?
I reckon when his dad dies? Maybe he'll go on some kind of killing spree not being very careful due to it. Although I really should rewatch the original series to remember
I'm trying to work out why SMG is a special guest star but is in every episode... There's something more to her character.
I also wonder if we'll meet Vogel, or know more about her and Harry's relationship...

I'm rewatching Dexter and it's different to original sin. Harry tells Dexter he is being overdosed by the nurse not the other way around
Also, isn’t Dexter a titchy tolder when his Ma’s done in (found sitting in her blood was it)?
I feel like SMG might turn out to be the Season baddie! Can't think why else she'd have Guest Star status
So Dexter chops up his victims before dumping them, but the wife he killed where he nearly got caught in S1 when the ice truck killer bought her back from the water she was in one piece how come he didn't chop her up? Was it as she was an extra victim as he only planned for her husband
Yes they showed a toddler aged child being taken out the blood. I remember Harry saying Brian was "too damaged" as he was older and understood what happened. I hadn't remembered until you said - thank you!

She was an extra victim but I thought she was chopped up but ITK presented her "reassembled"? I haven't gone back to rewatch that recently.
I'm watching the final episode now. I thought the casting was great and Angel was one of the best but then I read how his accident is wrong and now it kinda ruins the character for me in OS
