I posted on a thread that seems to have disappeared (Amy Being Mum). Now, I came here from mumsnet where this happens all the time, but didn't think it was as heavily moderated over here?

Just curious as to how/why it was taken down

Hello, we certainly aren't as moderated as other sites and threads disappearing is a rare occurrence. But sometimes it maybe needed to take down a thread and we can't always be transparent as we'd like to be due to following laws.
