December weddings?

I get married at the end of November due to a couple of things.
Firstly, I don’t like being too hot so it was the perfect temperature. Secondly, it’s not going to be as difficult to find venues etc. Thirdly, we usually go away to celebrate our anniversary which means that we go to places in Europe that have amazing Christmas markets etc, and when we get back I can put the tree up and begin Christmas.

In reality I think it would be wet and soggy and maybe people will want to spend that time with their family after the way this Christmas was. I’d go for October.
It would be 22 by the way, not 2021. And it would only be one day, so it would hardly be taking people away from their family as it would have only been one day early in December. 😊

I get what you’re saying about the weather, but it can rain in any month in the uk, at least if you book an autumn or winter date, you aren’t hoping for a nice weather day, whereas if you book July and get rain, you’ll probably be disappointed😬.

We have got October 1st 2022 booked now anyway! 😀

We very nearly went for the end of November and we just ended up changing our minds at the last minute, don’t know why. Something about October was making me want that date.
