Is a consent order the same as a CCJ? I am getting confused with all the Google replies
No. They are totally different things.

A 'consent order' is a way of making legally binding an agreement you have reached with someone. For example if you split from a partner and agree with them what is going to happen to money, property or children etc you can write the agreement down and then ask a court to approve the agreement and issue a 'consent order' which makes the agreement clear and binding.

A CCJ (County Court Judgement) is type of court order that formally confirms that someone owes money. For example if you get a 'Parking Charge Notice' (a parking ticket from a private car park) which you don't pay, the parking operator can ask a court to issue a CCJ against you that says you owe the money. If you still don't pay the parking operator can ask the court to enforce the debt.
