It's tit. Doesnt froth your milk properly and when you use it to make hot chocolate, you get luke warm chocolate at best. Absolute waste of money.

I actually bought the swan one and it was so tit I did upgrade to the hotel chocolat velvetiser and it is elite!! Well worth the extra. Wouldn't but anything swan again
