You can just tell from the exchanges from ‘Matt the Pratt’ that he has promised DW he is the saviour and can turn this business around but it’s going to cost £££’s lining Matt the Pratt’s pockets in the process. I’d watch out for the snake, he’s really pushing the ‘let’s resolve and move forward’ method with everyone as if he’s trying to gather as many refusal receipts to prove to trading standards/police that they are trying to make good and turns things around but the trolls refuse. Just watch your replies when he asks that specific question.

I can't find anything on the website and all I can find in my emails is 'In order for our team of specialists to help you achieve your goals we ask that you take weekly measurements to keep on top of your progress'.
Are there any GDPR experts here? I'm not entirely sure he's GDPR compliant, but I might be wrong, or just giving them more tips! It's really not hard to follow the ICO guidance.
