Why would anyone try an infiltrate TCHQ? I think it’s fairly obvious what we’re about and what we’re discussing. Nothing we can have the “legal team” on to us for as it’s all true AND haven’t they got a business to bloody run properly for their paying customers who are desperate for them to deliver the service they promised. I can only conclude they’re more interested in harassing past unhappy customers or ………maybe, just maybe they are starting to see the light. In which case, welcome, we’ve all been there.

121 at TCHQ, I firmly believe we have more members than 80/20, there’s no way their figures are accurate. Just on a side note, in case it helps, my AMAZING PT actually discourages exercising to lose weight!! Now, before it sounds to “out there”, he absolutely encourages daily exercise for a whole host of reasons, in a very individual way (someone who hasn’t exercised in a year will be encouraged to do something very different to someone who is already doing some regular exercise), but he doesn’t encourage it as an instrument for weightloss. He’s massively against diet culture which 80/20 claim to be but my PTs ethos kinda flips the whole 80/20 (apparently not a diet) on its head.

Yep, and your PT is backed up by research. Exercise alone makes little to no impact, because as the saying goes you can't outrun a bad diet. Even combined with diet, it contributes very little. Diet is king if you want weight loss. Not to say exercise is pointless, as it has many other benefits, but weight loss isn't really one of them.

Exactly this! The difference with my PT is just mad. When you actually work with someone, knowledgeable, qualified and professional it’s worlds apart. The focus is on you completely. Also, he absolutely detests the phrase “trust the process” so he had me at that .
