Guys I’m struggling quite badly. I have been through a heap of shit over the past 10 years. I am rock bottom. I went to A&E this evening by myself and I’m none the wiser. I drink too much and I also have a lot of other shit going on. I am a breast cancer survivor and my only son who is now 19 was born with a very serious heart defect. He has had numerous surgical interventions and now he needs another one. I am going through a divorce with his Dad and I’m honestly rock bottom. I just Need a bit of advice and guidance.
