The HA would have given him your number, so that he could contact you directly for access or for info about the job I’d imagine. Just block his number, no big deal.

Has anyone figured out how to get a tradesman to even turn up?
Funnily enough we tried for 2weeks to get a plumber to fit a sink. Couldnt even get a call back. Tried to get someone to quote for a bathroom sink, again noone gets back to you and the ones who do "I dont have time I'm afraid" in other words want big jobs only and nothing small that's not bringing in mega bucks
at this point I'd take a weirdo to come round if it meant getting my broken shower replaced
