Miss can’t take criticism is at it again
The comment below Courtney’s though! 😂😂😂😂😂🙂

They are acting like they are in the playground in junior school 🙄
They all aspire to be like CB , it’s actually quite pathetic !
I wonder how many young girls will end up pumped full of fillers and fake tits to try to look like their idol. The girl who posted about raising money to get her a gift posted a few days ago saying she has gained the confidence to do 3 workouts per day. Really confused me, you gained confidence to do 3 workouts in your house?

3 a day? My god, do these people not know how to sit and watch the telly with a glass of wine and a family bag of crisps.

The fact she has taken the advice of a ‘skincare expert’ about her recurring eye problem instead of going to see a doctor sums up her stupidity to a T. Nothing against any skincare experts on here but I think a recurring problem like that is one for a GP or dermatologist. She says that the skincare girl has told her she’s got too much Arginine in her diet which I find interesting, and sounds like a result of taking too many supplements. Maybe it’s just me, wouldn’t you go to the doctor if you kept having a sty (or whatever it is because I don’t think that’s a sty) on your eye? A sty is an infection, rubbing a teabag on it isn’t going to kill the infection.

Literally!! Her skin scare specialist is the 'reason' she cuts so much out of her diet and doesn't eat so many different types of food.

A doctor would not give advice that strict unless it was evidently certain foods causing the issue. But a list of 10000 things to avoid eating is not realistic.

I agree reoccurring issues like that are something to go to a doctor about to be on the safe side

You would have to be consuming one hell of a lot of arginine for it to be having external side effects and you’d have all sorts of other problems, such as extremely low blood pressure. One day it’s a sty and the next it’s eczema, either of the 2 would point towards an immune response, usually due to being run down, or ‘overdoing it’. (I have a degree in the Scientific field.)

I've done 3 in a day before but i use to do something before and after work when gyms were open so my body is used to it, depends on the persons fitness level really. I'm def calming down tho and doing less these days, life is too short.

She really should go to the docs about her eye. Putting a teabag on it continuously is not going to help

I’m not trying to offend anyone but if you’re doing more than 1 workout a day, you’re not working hard enough. The only time I’ve ever done more than 1 workout a day was for a comp prep but even then that was separated into weights AM and cardio PM.

I couldn't think of anything worse than 3 workouts a day. She has a serious unhealthy addiction.

Does she have a boyfriend/girlfriend?

Unhealthy addiction to a healthy lifestyle. Replacing one disorder with another.

Yes! One workout should be more than enough if you give it 100%!

Fair enough, think it depends on what the exercise is though. You might do hiit and then a yoga class later in the day

Definitely! I do yoga and a workout in one day but I personally think yoga isn’t ‘a workout’ and more rehab/stretching. I don’t think this is what CB Warriors (🤮🤮🤮) are stalking about though, they do like 3 HIIT workouts a day.

Aah yes, 3 hiit workouts in one day is madness. They really should have someone in her team to monitor that page and put some proper advice in there and discourage people from doing that. I must say since I've stopped doing so much of her workouts my body feels a lot better for it!

since I stopped following her meal plan and exercise programme, I lost 4lbs in a week and have stopped feeling so bloody exhausted! She really can’t be giving everyone the same fitness advice because everybody’s body reacts differently to different foods and exercise.. she should know that as a ‘qualified PT’ 😂

Defo, some of them when you put the ingredients into my fitness pal it's easier more or less than what her app days it should be. I know which one I'm believing!

Me too. I'm sleeping a lot better, bizarrely.

Yes not eating enough or over exercising disrupts sleep quality due to the stress that can be induced in your body. I sleep a lot better when I'm just eating 'intuitively' (to my hunger and cravings, I hate labelling it as style of eating lol) and working out 3 /4 times a week

I’ve never really done her workouts, only every now and then in the first lockdown. I used to overtrain and under eat a few years ago though and I was obsessed with myself, how I looked, my body and exercise. As soon as I stopped counting every calorie I ate, did the workouts I enjoy (functional fitness mixed in with heavy weights, classes and yoga), I began to look better, sleep better and feel 100x better in myself.

Some days I don’t even care to look at myself in the mirror, however 2 years ago, I would have gone to look in the mirror at my abs 10x a day. It’s just not healthy for the mind or body?
