Hi I really hope someone can help! Recently returned from holiday abroad and my daughter accidentally left her phone at the airport 
the airport have confirmed they have it but long story short I am trying to get it shipped back to the uk! You would think simple enough eh?! No, I booked fed ex (wish I hadn’t) they have been a complete nightmare and a week on still haven’t collected the phone 
and they keep telling me it will be the next day blah blah blah (basically just fobbing me off) despite numerous phone calls and emails they have failed to deliver! I am now going to cancel it and try and get my money back as they are shockingly bad and go with someone else but all the reviews of other companies are much the same can anyone recommend another courier service as I’m literally loosing my mind and it is causing me so much stress
