That’s really disappointing to hear I’d have thought a skin ‘expert’ would have expert qualifications to back up such claims. If any of the girls said to me to go see a skin expert I’d immediately think a doctor or dermatologist not a beautician who charges very high fees. Does she mostly prescribe environ or does she offer budget friendly skincare products?

It is 99.9% environ that she pushes. She has started bringing in other brands over the past year or so but they aren’t budget friendly at all. The phrase budget friendly and Corinna doesn’t seem to go hand in hand 🤣

She was on someone elses podcast last night talking about 'mental health' and 'being kind' . Instagrammers being given a platform to talk as experts about mental health is just awful, the same expert who let her daughter have laser hair removal treatment at 11 and post it on instagram, oh yes, a real recipe for self esteem and self acceptance. Sell your stuff and leave it at that.

I assume she's reading here that she posted the screenshot of her employee saying Monica Tolan's was like her family etc? A far cry from the bin throwing and shouting mentioned above

When you work in beauty you do your initial college training. After that anything else you learn is usually through a skincare brand you carry in your clinic. All brands run their own training about their products and at those training days you would have verbal and practical instruction. Testing done before you leave. Some will pass everyone, others wont and a % would need to be achieved in order to pass the therapist.
Outside of college you can enroll in any course, covering anything, from peels to micro blading. Your therapist is only as good as her training and her pride in her own work.

To be fair there are plenty of salons that are more skin clinics than anything else. Where they specialize in skin care and usually there will be staff who work in the skin care side only. They can be extremely knowledgeable.

Shes not a dermatologist at all.
She does specialise in skin tag removal and Electrolysis, red vein removal but that's the extent as it goes.
She seems to buy her staff lately with BT vouchers etc, a far cry from what she once and probably still is.
She use to be the "Brow queen" with HD Brows before Ellen came along and she used to be just lazy instead of threading she would wax your whole forehead.

I think it was about her own branded skincare mask brushes being better then the her supplier ones such as environ etc.

Sure she only got back with the husband around 2 years ago, they where separated for a few years due to her having an affair with her pt...
I went to the same PT as her years back! We’d do sessions together sometimes. I’d never heard of this. Is it out there who it is??

I’m all for good skin care but I think she needs to familiarize herself with the phrase over stimulation of the skin. If you keep giving yourself treatment after treatment after treatment the law of diminishing returns occurs. Less is more.

I remember when the latest probiotic launched with advanced nutrition programme and she had it up on her stories every fricking morning of her taking it with her tea. I ended up messaging her telling her that your not meant to take a probiotic with anything hot as it kills the good bacteria making it useless. She never had tea with her supplements on stories again 🤣 she messaged me back to say thank you but I was like howwww can she not know this but is pushing everyone to buy it 🤷🏻‍♀️

How she can call herself a skin expert when she has zero medical qualifications and relies on environ for her knowledge of the skin. A skin expert is a dermatologist. She is not a dermatologist. Maybe I should call myself a kidney expert? I wouldn’t because I can’t back it up without the qualifications.

Environ don’t even carry out independent assessed and verified double blind placebo trials. Their testing is on 100 people and results are then presented by themselves. It is very overpriced for what you get, there are similar results based brands available at much more affordable price point. It’s all money, money, money. And this new product she is selling is if you want the results of fillers without fillers. She should not be making statements like that unless she results from double blind clinical trials to back up such statements. Very misleading. No serum is going to give you filler results - only filler will add volume to cheeks, jaw and provide an effective change to the nasal tip and nose profile. No serum can do that. Even the advanced nutrition programme skin ultimate supplant which is over €90 per month is extremely overpriced. You’d end up paying €270 for 3 months. You can purchase practically the same ingredients vit a, d, coq10, antioxidants, omegas, biotin in other quality brands for around €50 for 3 months. Between vitamins and products you’d end up paying €500 for 3 months - so about €2000 in a year. All money money money with her. Skin expert eh? Commission based skin sales agent more like.

She needs a reality check , she’s a beautician end of , her self titles are ridiculous both skin expert & CEO of a small beauticians , not like she’s managing a chain of stores . I still can get over her devotees never ending fawning over her
