Please, all you have to do is go back on the RTE website, or the Daily Mirror and read Remy Farrell's closing argument. It absolutely nails the inconsistencies in Nikita's story, and it pole vaults clean over the bar of reasonable doubt. A new criminal prosecution without new compelling evidence would be an absolute waste of tax payers money.
The other side is that it would be next to impossible to find a jury that was not prejudiced by the civil trial.
Thankfully, the jury here was able to weigh all the evidence , and could find, on the balance of probability, that he grape her. So thank God for that.

As brilliant as it is his products are being pulled, rest assured his bread and butter is worldwide especially in the U.S and Russia. He has massive sales abroad, although it will be small dint here in Ireland we are proving a point x
