Hi all,
Has anyone else had a baby who gained weight really slowly and looked slim? My little one is 5 months old and was on 75th centile at birth. He has fallen through 4 centiles since then despite being seen by GP and referred to paediatric dietician, also monitored by HV.
He has been on many different formulas including a high calorie formula which seems to have made no difference. He is happy and alert and meeting milestones but I can’t help but worry as he looks so small and not as strong as my first child was at this age.
Just wondering if anyone else has any experience of this? I feel really sad when I see other people with their chubby babies

My daughter was born at 8lbs 15oz, she got 9lbs really quick then stayed there for months on end, she's now nearly 7, towers over everyone in her year group, a full head taller than everyone and is so slim, finding her clothes is a nightmare! She's happy and a healthy though. It sounds like your little one is being seen by the right people
