Cluster headaches

Does anyone else suffer? I would go to say (for me) that they’re worse than a migraine. I can go weeks/months without an attack then it lasts days, as is the case now 🥲.

I’ve found a cold eye mask helps. Paracetamol and other OTC drugs don’t cut it.

Ask your GP for some triptans. I don’t know all the names but I think the most common one is sumatriptan. I personally take zolmitriptan.
