It hardly makes business sense for a SW consultant to alienate her clientele and have a room with zero people in it week after week. She’s really not very bright is she?

Oh Sugarbiscuits, you missed a treat! She basically spoke about her Mum's experience of SW years ago and said that the consultants would shame you if you gained.
