Thinking back to Christmas as a child gives me a warm and fuzzy feeling 🥰
My younger sister and I used to decorate the tree at my grandparents house. We had a fake tree at home but they always had a real tree and I remember stinging myself all the time on the nettles 😆
We always had a second Christmas Day on Christmas Eve with my older (half) sisters as they spent xmas day with their mum. My mum would always get drunk on Malibu when cooking the turkey 😂 and we would go to Tesco the evening before to buy special fizzy drinks for me and my younger sister, usually limeade or panda pops. That was such a treat for us!
ah to be a kid again. I do love the time I spend with my nieces and nephews on Christmas Eve , and watching them opening their presents 🥰

We used to go to my Aunties guest house for Christmas Day. Used to be allowed to play in one of the guest rooms which felt very special. There was so much food it was unreal. Used to love playing with our cousins some of the toys they got were insane!

I'm a child of the 80s too. When I was about 5 or 6, my aunt bought me this for Christamas.

To this day (and I'm 41 now) it's still the BEST Xmas present I ever got.
