I brought my dogs for a long walk with my dad this morning, working from home again today and I love it, especially when my week has been a bit rubbish and some of my work colleagues are headaches. One of them never stops talking about her IBS. I know IBS can’t be helped but we don’t need all the details every time you come back from the toilet

Does anyone else get really bad headaches when the weather changes? I started getting a migraine yesterday and the weather has been really humid, hot yesterday now windy and rainy today. I’ve still got a headache 🫠 I’ve got an appointment in a bit which I can’t be arsed with and I just want to sleeeeeep. I hate having headache for longer than a day

I definitely get weather related headaches, normally I get them around when we're due a storm or it's really hot and humid like you say. It's awful because it feels like there's so much pressure in my head it's horrible, and nothing seems to ease it until the weather changes again!. I've got one today too.

yeah that’s what it feels like! Like proper pressure and tension on my head it’s horrible I’ve just got back from picking mini up from nursery and it’s soooo muggy outside and that makes me head feel worse. I’ve just made a cup of tea to see if that helps whilst he naps!

Its raining luckily my mum texted to me tell me so I rushed outside to get my sheets in. I've had a McDonalds (not the new menu) and I'm tattle knackered so all in all not a bad day so far. Hope you feel better soon @watermelon sugar

1,4,5 . I was going to choose talk to deceased loved ones but if I could heal illnesses they wouldn’t be dead to begin with. I was also going to choose 9, but if I had super intelligence I would inevitability make unlimited money and be super intelligent so it’s a win win…

I am so bored. Work is DEAD. I have just sat and done my online shop, watched about 327462827 tiktoks and replied to a load of work emails for my bf. I'm getting to that stage of boredom where you just wanna eat for the sake of it now
