I hardly tan but when I do I use St Tropez express mousse. So which one of us will be the first to try the new McDonalds menu?

I love human names for animals

apologies for any offence caused, gender neutral name might be more inoffensive, can’t assume gender these days!

My friend had three dogs called Sally, Sara and Simon. I used to think it was weird. They are proper dogs too, not tiny little rats on leads.

Pointless rant incoming: why do people forget that you are still an actual person when you become a mum?? I should be used to it now 3 kids later but it still stings. Just logged into facebook for the first time in months and it's full of my work girls going on hens, weddings, trips etc and I'm just like no invite? Thanks haha. I'm close to a few of the girls too so it stings. I met up with my best friend from work last week and it was all "oh we're staying here tonight as it's so and so's wedding tomorrow, we had the best time in Italy, etc." An I'm like, can't relate! Bloody shite, I'll go back to cuddling my baby now and sulking

Do you have mum friends? I felt the same when I had my son but I made some mum friends and life improved dramatically

I have one but I wouldn't really class her as a friend, it's hard because I'm so young most of the mums in the playground tend to already have their own group already. I'm going to try and push myself to go to baby toddler groups as I need some adult conversation haha

I hated toddler groups cos they always seemed to be a clique of all the mums already! I tried to ignore it and let my son have fun though and eventually other Mums who would be on their own came along and I made a couple mates! Have you tried the peanut app? That’s not bad. It’s like tinder for mums does your partner have mates with a partner and kids of a similar age? That’s how I’ve made a few mates as well just going on mate dates with my partners mates and partner

I am so hungry it’s taking all my willpower to not go to the shop for snacks, just 2 and a half hours to wait until food
