That’s because she’s a good little sweetheart, my dog is just a brute he purposely wipes his face on my legs so I have slobber down me. Little fucker

Is middle aged 40 I thought middle aged was 50? . I have a Hetty hoover jeez its annoying AF always getting stuck round corners & door frames. Oh to have a cordless Dyson

We have a cleaner who comes every Wednesday. I hoover /mop the floors twice a day. I clean the toilet twice a week and clean the surfaces every alternate day. I do the washing as and when it needs to be done.

What's one chore you hate the most?
I absolutely hate tidying up the kitchen after meals.
I have to do it after breakfast/ lunch but my fella does it in the evening/ on weekends. It's a fair deal though as I do 99% of the cooking.

I'm in the process of handing over the majority of housework to the Mr. I'm going to be hopefully out working 5 days a week and he works from home
To he fair housework is like everything else in my life.... Chaos. I do things... When i do them. I'm very disorganised. My brain is very here there and everywhere so yeah. I do the day to day stuff and the Mr does all the big cleans

Oh and i have wood floors. They get swept at least once a day and mopped twice a week

I hate washing up! I don't do it at all if I can help it. It's the one chore my bf does actually help out with. I do the cooking so he washes up! I wish we had space for a dishwasher because I'd love one! Sticking my hand in the bottom of the bowl to find floating food actually makes me feel really ill

WHAT. A. DAY!

My boss went to our other depot to help the guy out up there (and also to give him a talking too) so I've been left to babysit the guys here and man the office lol. I may need some wine but trying to cut back...

Regard to cleaning I hoover everyday and my doggo moults EVERYHWERE and he is short haired to it sticks to EVERYTHING and just wipes things down as a go and clean the kitchen counters each day, washing I do every Wednesday & Saturday and bedding every Sunday and then deep house clean of each room over the weekend,, I got the hinch planner for my birthday years ago and write down each room and what needs doing

Regards to the bitchy work mates, it's why I left my old job, she was older and just so rude and condescending and borderline bullying

You guys need to invest in a carpet sweeper. Less faff than having to get the hoover out twice a day

Omg you all clean so much hahaha I’ve never felt so lazy reading here. I do a big clean once a week then wee bits as and when. Couldn’t imagine hoovering twice a day 🫣

Afternoon all.

We are spoiled at home and have a housekeeper, she spends 24hrs a week doing whatever needs to be done. I am so grateful we have her because this last year has been tough on Mr Jelly and without her the house would have crumbled. We have a Eufy robot hoover that is turned on daily, it is my second favourite household appliance after my soda stream. I rather enjoy cleaning though, I used to either put the radio on loud or listen to a good podcast.

Today has been a bit better than yesterday. I had psych this morning, we are doing art therapy which I love. But in a couple weeks every other day will be actual neuro psychology which I don't enjoy but do need. Then I have had a lovely shower and we did our true crime group.

Some of that stuff sounds really silly but I'll do anything if it means I'm not stuck in my room alone 24/7.

Am finally able to hold an actual highlighter pen, so am going to start doing wordsearches and iSpy pictures.

Trying to keep up on this thread, but my fatigue makes it hard.

Omg I’ve been asleep all afternoon! I’ve still got a headache so my nap did nothing! Mr Melon snuck out with mini to see his mum and I’m glad I missed that he said it took him ages to wake me up he said he was tapping me and I snapped at him and went ‘LEAVE ME ALONE I NEED TO MY WORDLE’ I did my wordle like 11 hours ago so fuck knows what I’m going on about

omg so my clothes were dry but Mr fudge’s grandad had lit a fire in our garden to burn some cardboard while he let puppy fudge out so I’ve had to rewash them anyway!!! One of which is the minging depop white dress which is now on its third wash with some vanish for whites so I’m hoping it will be fine now it was looking good before it’s third wash
