It's one of life's great mysteries. I ate no chocolate yesterday and also rode my bike to work and back. I should be as thin as a pencil. Instead I look like a badly packed sausage

I'm going on a plane in about 6 and a half hours time and am freaking out! I get so scared about it crashing they I can't enjoy the fact I'm going away until I land

I'm sorry to hear that. I hope you get over that at some point. I only flew for the first time last year and I loved it.
