I don't really know the ins and outs, but it's like they run a bizarre pyramid scheme of insta-mums. The top performers get the best pickings and the lowly ones get culled quickly if they don't get the desired view counts or follow their irresponsible monthly themes (wow, I didn't realise anxiety could come and go so quickly and be cured by a quick brew).
