Here is the latest kit to keep the lights on at Ruth’s old house 😂😂

Oaf has posted it in the freaks group and loads of them have ordered it. There is one freak who has commented saying she’s ordered , has a mountain of skincare from what I’ve seen on Instagram and today got sent a box of a SR routine from oaf after attending the podcast tour and has now ordered this kit. It just beggars belief how much some people buy when they already have more skincare than a department store stockroom.

I hate to agree, but that is a good kit. I loved that honey moisturiser. No SR which actually makes me want to buy it a little more. But she’s done that thing again, launching a kit that is so near to pay day, yet so far away! “Don’t get into debt for skincare” well don’t launch things when normal people can’t pay for it!

Her hair is awful in the live. Has she ever heard of a brush?? It’s the worse I’ve seen it

It’s actually a really good kit! That Dr Idriss serum costs £70 plus £14 shipping from the US and it’s magical stuff. The other bits are ok too. Don’t know how she got Idriss onboard

Yes it’s a good kit, I don’t need to worry because really what’s the point if you are not going to repeat purchase these items.
id try the Dr Idris on recommendation but I don’t need the kit to do that.

I'm tempted by this kit but not impressed by a cleanser and the 8 hour cream bulking it out.

I suspect that honey ceramide cream would be a greasy nightmare on anything but the driest of skin too.

I dont think these kits are blow you away value anymore. The cult beauty edits are often 400 plus quids worth for £50 or £60.

Wow, look at the engagement! She has over 149,000 group members and this is how many like and comment after 6 hours! 😮
Is that just 0.128% of her Freaks who have reacted? So not even 1% have reacted. 😮 And even fewer have commented.

Happy to try the serums, the cleanser and the toner and I actually like the bag, but that honey moisturiser looks like it will sit on most skins smelling of sickly sweet honey (only scent that truly makes me gag) for hours, greasy and stinky like a cheap hand cream from a 3x2 boots Christmas gift set.

Elizabeth Arden is obviously trying to get in on the skin care boom. It’s an odd for here.
Is it still made of mineral oil? God knows why it's still made, it's a horrible product, sickly smelling vaseline. We were all told it was a cult product back in the 90s (hmmm) but back then there wasn't the choice there is now.

It's my holy grail. But not for regular skincare. It's brilliant for skin emergencies. Red raw noses during a bad cold and scratches, burns. It was also the only thing that kept me sane in the years before I found out that the regular intimate itching I suffered from was caused by bubble baths taken the day before. Nothing else helped even remotely. (When you're desperate you'll try anything). I'm never without. But it's a spot treatment. It's tit for regular skincare.

My mum had a little pink pot without a label that we were allowed to use a tiny bit from when we were sick and our noses hurt. It was magical stuff. No clue what it was. As a teen I found a tiny inscription "Elizabeth Arden" on it and found that it was still on sale. I've never been without a tube in my handbag since.

They are probably trying to get back in favour after a certain ginger haired Prince said he used it on his todger when it was sore and the fragrance reminded him of his mother! 🤮

In the 60s I remember my grandmother had pink china pots of Elizabeth Arden in her black and pink 1920s bathroom. It was the height of sophistication in my childhood mind. Helena Rubinstein also featured.

I decided that when I grew up I'd have posh skincare 😀

Glad to hear others (including prince Harry!) have found a use for the grim stuff - I remember it used to be recommended for sun burn, and I dutifully smeared a load over mine on a teenage holiday, but all it did was complete the cooking of my skin and make everything sticky.

The old fashioned pink pots of it sound far more glamorous than the massive duty free tube I had though!

There’s a thought I’d rather not have today or any day to be honest.
