I have no comment on Carly. But a friend of mine happened to see her husband out and about recently, and said he was following young women around and physically getting too close in their space. What a great thing to do while your wife has cancer treatment! He followed me and my other friend around last year, so I guess he is still a creep. Or maybe Carly’s okay with it because she does the same thing 🤷‍

Complaining about not being eligible for a pension on the same day as having sashimi with caviar for lunch. She legit said the hardest part of her treatment was not being able to eat sashimi, oysters and smoked salmon. Cancer is obviously shit regardless of your financial situation but her behaviour is at odds with what she says about her finances. I’m sure she’s racked up thousands in donations on her PayPal by now but nobody can see that.

And buying new outfits and tagging the designers! A Google search will easily tell you how much they cost. I would think that if you were financially struggling that you would forego a $400 jacket and spend it on groceries instead. But what would I know, I’m not fucking fabulous.

It’s cheeky of Carly to apply for Centrelink in the first place. She wasn’t getting much work before she was diagnosed with cancer, and she only works one or two days a week at Fringe. It’s not like she suddenly became incapable of working and lost a full time job.

I can’t believe she still has followers and donations. There is a cost of living crisis. Some Australians are in really dire situations and are barely surviving. But Carly is asking for cash so she can go shopping and eat expensive food

Yes. I can’t say too much, but he has been a known issue in some communities around Melbourne for years - particularly around women - and most people try to stay away from him. I don’t know if Carly is completely unaware, in denial or even encourages him to do it. They have very similar problematic behaviour.

This thread hasn’t been active in 10 months — the last post was September 2024. I feel like she’s just jumping on the bandwagon of Tattle hate to get some attention. Might backfire for her if she inspires new people to seek out this thread.

I followed her back when they met and it’s always seemed like a relationship of convenience to me, like neither of them could do any better so they settled for each other.
