Budget beauty buys

I want to try out some new skincare / makeup /hair products but am trying to save save save at the moment so don't really want to spend too much per product. Can anybody recommend some budget beauty buys which are good?

I use Revolution and The Ordinary skincare at the moment and do like them but wondered if there was anything similar?
I have also had to remove my lash extensions due to Boris keeping us all grounded so if anyone can recommend a liquid eyeliner/mascara that would be fab!
My hair needs a good trim, but again, BORIS!!, so any hair products would be great too!

The garnier ultimate blends hair masks are great and not too pricy at all - they tend to be on offer a lot too (for example, on Boots atm for £3.49). I love the banana one for dry hair.

Works for me, not everyone's choice but the Essence range of make up from Wilko is great. The foundations are good, as are the mascara's and lipsticks. They also do a primer for use before mascara, that's good also and a eyebrow colour wand, my eyebrows are going grey and this just puts a hint of colour on them and looks natural. The best bit is, none of it is expensive.

Can’t get it now because of lockdown but Primark’s wonder lash mascara is amazing. I’ve tried almost every mascara going (I’m not kidding 😂) and this is my favourite by a long stretch!

My friend swears by the Lacura range in Aldi, cheap as chips and made in the same factory as Elizabeth Arden I believe. She always used expensive stuff and said these products are just as good if not better, I’m going to try some myself next time I go.

I use the lacura BB cream most days and it’s nice! Very light coverage but makes me look a little less dead than I usually do

The Primark lipsticks are better than Charlotte Tilbury (Overrated junk).

I love max factor mascara . It is so much better than the top brands i have used in the past (Not really budget but cheaper than the top end).

Make-up
Essence Lash Princess is my absolute favourite mascara. I also really rate their nail varnishes.
Maybelline Colour Tatoo cream eyeshadow - a great dupe for Mac Paint Pots at a fraction of the price.

Skincare
I really like Primark sheet face masks - the 90p collagen one is great.
Simple Hydrating Cleansing Oil is excellent for taking make-up off.
The Superdrug Me+ range has things like hyaluronic acid serums for around £5/6. Infact most of Superdrug own brand skincare is great especially the Vitamin E range if you have dry skin.

Hair
L’oreal Dream Lengths is really nice as a bargain shampoo/conditioner.
Aussie 3 minute miracle in the bottle. Sometimes you can buy it in the sachet for 99p in supermarkets.

Olay beauty fluid. £6 for a large bottle. nana used it, mum uses it. Nuff said! Also love Lacura! The miceller water and toners are amazing.. Not tried their 8hour copycat yet but do have the eyeshadow pallet with exactly the same colours as the Naked pallet.
I love Kiko for makeup and lipsticks although I do need a dupe for Chanel foundation 🤣 anyone can recommended light to med coverage that is not £40 please hook me up 😜

I bought that rimmel mascara consistenly since I was a student and love it. Ive bought more expensive stuff since, like Benefit, and its honestly still one of the best.

Another good inexpensive mascara I've liked is collection - theirs are always under a fiver.
