I'm going on my first holiday abroad since covid, yay :m

Anway I'm taking the Eurostar to Bruges to dip my toe back into things, this will be in June.

Give me all your recommendations for places to eat, things to see and especially things to do that one might not normally think of.

First thing I did was walked up that big tower. It gives you a view of the whole city and helps you get your bearings.

The Golden Monkey restaurant is worth a visit; we had a lovely steak and chips there.
The Half Moon Brewery is also a good place to go to, with very tasty food in their bar/restaurant.
The shops in Bruges are wonderful especially as they still have C&A!
Enjoy your visit

Drink a glass of Delirium beer (the one with pink elephant on the label), eat way too much chocolate and follow this with a waddle down the canals. I say waddle Bly because I had more than one beer and waddling was all I could manage 😂

If you want a really off the wall experience try getting into The Lucifernum. It’s owners are very unusual to say the least 😉.
