Pretty average for that area! I grew up near Poole and that’s the going rate for a 3 bed semi. I live in Kent now commuting distance to London and £305k would be cheap here for a house their size

OMG finally watching the vlog - when she says about her "massive leg muscles" Benji is clearly tryna gently tell her that's not it; "I don't know why...." and she immediately snaps " I ALWAYS HAVE " fuckin YIKES
Sad to see how much she's changed. Her face is always this round, not just when looking down now. She's always out of breath and feeling so overwhelmed over very little when she previously held down 2 jobs, friendships and family/ home life. It's worrying to see.
