He's been the stable influence in their lives while they don't even speak to their mother for good reason. He protected them from their abusive grandfather. He is, without a doubt a better parent than Britney.

I've said this before -- U.S. family courts strongly favor the mother in child custody disputes. For a famous, multimillionaire mother to fully lose custody to a nonworking father, and for that ruling to be upheld for the kids' entire lives, something has to be seriously awry with the mother.

Has Britney ever even tried to get more custody or increased visitation with the kids?

She had 50/50 custody until her dad attacked one of them. Then Kevin brought her to court and it was changed to 70/30. Then when the conservership ended and she started acting like this they stopped seeing her if their own free will.

Something I just read is that 2 of kfeds children are now grown adults. Who lived with their mother so although paying child support ( not at alot as to all intense & purposes he was unemployed) he wouldn't have raised them.

This isn't true, something else happened not with jamie.
The 50/50 agreement ended in 2018 a year before this happened and went 70/30, check the PDF file linked:


The document is about sealed family court and Kevin's lawyer submitted an "exhibit" provided by someone against her custody case. Right after her visitation drops down. Maybe it was videos, images, testimony against her, speculation?

When Jamie had his altercation with the kids in 2019 it seemed like he was the court appointed monitor again as it happened at his rented apartment not her house, almost like she wasn't able to be alone with them once more.

I don't think she had regular visits with them after that because her father was usually with her due to the cship and the kids had a restraining order from him.

California very strongly goes for 50/50 custody unless there are circumstances like addiction or violence. Even Britney initially had 50/50 custody. His older children seem to have split their time equally between parents.

Kevin isn’t a single dad who’s been left to raise 6 kids alone because the mothers disappeared or died.

He’s been with his current wife since 2008 and his oldest have always lived with their mum (its well documented he only paid for their schooling). Kids are in school 5 days a week, the boys with Britney had a full time nanny. All these kids also have grandparents etc too.

His divorce settlement and monthly maintenance from Britney has been his only source of income to provide for his 6 kids the past 16 years not his “dj gigs”, “music career” or interviews and reality shows.

She has serious problems yes so of course they are better off with him and his wife. Would he have been so keen had she not had the money to pay for the kids? I’m not so sure because I honestly can’t fathom how he would’ve supported them all otherwise.

I think what’s telling to me anyway is that the boys are nearly adults and have chosen to have a relationship with their dad and not their mum. So he obviously did something right. Whether his intentions were pure or not we will never know, but the boys feel loved and that’s what counts.

Frankly even if Kevin benefits, financially supporting the boys so they have a comfortable life is the least she can do. If she’d rather they went without just to punish Kevin, it further establishes she’s a tit mother.

no one ever bats an eyelid when its a woman who will marry and have kids for the money.

look at al pacino,do we really think the 30 something old has had a baby by him for love? No she is set for life by having that baby or robert de niro

or kevin costners wife trying to increase her divorce settlement for the kids.

Or the million baby mama’s by nick cannon

and these kids parents are both involved.

Britney has had little to do with their upbringing.At least she was in a position to help them financially if she couldnt be there emotionally yet Kevin gets called a deadbeat dad

I’d be interested to know if she would have funded them at all if it hadn’t been mandated by the family courts. Unfortunately I do think she would have opted not to and especially more recently when they have chosen not to see her.

Either way, it's not something we'll ever know. All we can know is that they seem like down to earth, respectful boys. That's down to him and his wife, and the people those two have deemed appropriate to have around them. He deserves props for raising those kids to be well rounded individuals all things considered, whether people like him or not

She has left the comments on, on two of her insta posts. The comments I've seen are about body doubles, human trafficking, asking where the real Britney is and naming the company who controls her social media

It's ok she won't be reading it because she's a body double and\or she doesn't have access to any social media a company runs it all 🤔 I'm it sure why she would be paying a company to handle her social media and then not take any advice from them but if I commented that I suspect I'd be told 'they' are paying the company and Britney 'isn't really there'.
