Hi. I had a mammogram but have to go back for more tests because something showed upHow did you get on? X
Understandable - this cystic fibro thing can cause puckering and change to the texture of the skin around your breast. Easier said than done but please try and put it out of your head. Worry about what you can change - this is out of your hands for now. Wishing you well xxxxxThank you. To be honest the little lump isn't causing me much concern as i know mobile is a good sign, its the puckering is wrecking my head!!
Pleased you are getting it checked - always safest. To my limited understanding small mobile lumps are mostly benign fibro something or cysts. That’s what mine was and what I was told so I can only speak for myself but fingers crossed it’s the same for youHello,
Hoping to get some words of wisdom
I recently noticed puckering on on of my breasts( never there before) and a very small lump that is mobile.
Ive been referred to my local hospital for further tests.
Did anyone ever have those symptoms and it was non cancerous?
I'm thinking the worst and hoping for the best. I'm not particularly anxious about it but looking online would drive you nuts !
How did you get on? XJust to update, I got an appointment for week after next so fingers crossed.
Thinking of you and keeping everything crossed for you for your tests xHi. I had a mammogram but have to go back for more tests because something showed up. Not for another 2 weeks though.
I didn’t have puckering but I did have a lump. Got referred and was seen within 2 weeks. My local hospital first saw to me examine the lump, and I had to go back to the waiting room. Then I was called again into another room, where they did a sonography of it and determined it was a group of fat cells that had lumped together and needed draining. So they did it there and then. I did ask if they could drain the rest of the fat on my body but they said noHello,
