I'm so sorry this has happened to you. Any relationship breakdown is tough even when it wasn't perfect and there will be a void. I don't want to sound patronising but 38 is still so young and you still have so much to give. You've been given another chance, better now than in 10, 20, 30 years. Happiness can be found at any age, you just have a head start now rather than in years to come. Take some time to heal and you'll come out the other side xx
