Break Through Bleeding

I used to get that when I wouldn’t stop for a week and run my packs back to back
Practice nurse told me some bodies are just designed to have a period so now I have a period as normal and no issues

I don't know if this helps but if I so much as miss, or mis-time taking the pill, a couple days later I'm guaranteed to expect break through bleeding, and a lot of it. No other period like symptoms no pain. I guess it makes sense as if your taking pill packets constantly back to back (I don't think you are but I wasn't sure) then the minute you stop your usual routine just gives your body an excuse to basically expel the build up so to speak (😷sorry!)

Probably didn't explain it very well, I take my packs back to back, with no break in between as u say,
I do get a period each month, don't always get a break through bleed though, although no period related symptoms etc
