Oh really glad to have found this! Personally I find most of the BOPO community toxic and disgusting - not the original movement and the meanings of it, but the ‘influencers’ that have jumped on board and now use it as an excuse to be lazy fat bastards!

I’m a fat person, and it was really refreshing to find the likes of Poppy Adams and Jess on the plus size, I think I when I followed them they were around a size 20/22, which is the same size I was. They were wearing clothes that a typical fatty wouldn’t wear, and their confidence was amazing and to be fair, they did make me feel more confident in wearing what I wanted and not what society wants to see a fat person in. Fast forward a few years and omg -they’re both nearly size 30, seem to have no motivation and are both unhealthily obsessed with food. I’ll give Jess credit, she doesn’t hide her size and I think appears pretty genuine, Poppy on the other hand - she’s hidden her size for ages, what’s BOPO about using strategic angles and photos to make yourself appear smaller? She likes to ‘keep it real’ with ‘ugly’ face photos, but hides the size of her massive stomach! So infuriating...

Just to add, they appear even more toxic when one of them even insinuates that they want to lose weight and become more healthy, the whole ‘community’ turns against them. Surely if they were really friends they would encourage each other to be as healthy as someone wants to be. They all blow my mind.

I find most body positive “influences” dangerous to the younger generation.
There is a difference between being body positive and dangerously morbidly obese..

Bopo group is toxic and just gives people the excuse to gorge on food and gain weight.

Jess, liv, poppy etc.....

Heaven forbid anyone of them admits they aren't happy with their weight or how their weight affects them......

What does Rishis family think of her? What does her own family think of her?
I remember her being outraged when she first joined only fans as one of her family paid to join it to see what it was and shared her pics with the rest of her family and they were not impressed at all, never seen her mention what Rishi's family think but I wouldn't think they'd be too impressed with him getting blow jobs on only fans with her, sure the NHS wouldn't be that impressed either.

There’s a guy on YT, ObeseToBeast, that does very good videos on BoPo movement and influencers and debunks a lot of their rhetoric. Especially coming from someone who used to be “obese”, it’s quite refreshing to hear

She rebranded herself to millykeepsgoing and is dodgy as ever using a name that isn’t even legally hers on the profile
So first she's anxiety mental health and gets £3000 from a Go Fund me then it's losing her hair due to chemotherapy and radiation treatment for some kind of cancer, then she loses a baby through finding out she has cancer, miraculously she manages to find out she's got cancer, get treated and get the all clear after 6 weeks which is the biggest red flag. In the middle of this she dumps her fiance for his best mate and then a few weeks later leaves the poor guy broken hearted and goes back to her fiance. Then she suddenly removes all mention of cancer, goes back to mental health & bpd, drags her kid into her quest for fame and gets an only fans. I know a few people with cancer who would have loved to be able to drop it and forget all about it as she has. What have I missed?

Poppy photoshops herself to look around a size 18/20 and I always get a shock when I see her true size. Totally fake the lot of them.

I posted on the Liv thread that I don't necessarily think Bopo is bad but the way it's executed on social media is really toxic. Worth pointing out I'm overweight so not being a skinny bitch ragging on fats, too.

I also listed a load of sus things about Milly but I'll paste that over later.

Ooooo! So, Danilelleisanxious is a BoPo account that I used to love but lately (last few weeks) she's gone the opposite way and is more 'I hate my body, you hate my body, we all hate my body'. I find her a hard watch now which is sad because she used to be a really good Insta to follow. She seems to have lost her original message and genuinely seems sad all the time. It feels like she needs a break from the gram and to find herself again.

Georgie.clarke can get in the bin 😂 one moment she's forcing rolls and cellulite to prove she's lIkE EveRyOne ElSe 🙄 but then is showing off her tiny body in the next post. All while trying to say 'my body is worthy'. Literally no one said you weren't, just stop.

Aliciamccarvell - love love love this woman. Her message is good and I hope her content doesn't change because she's funny and confident, she workouts, she's real and she is confident! She doesn't hide her body, she talks openly about her size and how she's happier now than when she was on a weightloss journey.

Oh and one last one - The birds papaya. She is so try hard to be body positive. I just can't. There's so much to say there, I just can't even start 😂 put some damn clothes on girl and stop taking naked bath pics.

Why do bopo influences feel the need to constantly jiggle their bellies on insta, to prove they "love themselves "

One thing after another with her. I really doubt she had c*ncer I'm sorry to say. She never mentioned it again and just says vague things about it, I think she just had a breakdown and shaved her head tbh.
Can't stand her posts. She doesn't deserve to be labelled a body positive influencer.
She ABSOLUTELY did not write that on the eve of her 20th birthday! She's so icky. I can't believe she doesn't have her own thread!

What does Rishis family think of her? What does her own family think of her?
I really doubt they’re happy with her. Her own family are really unimpressed with her onlyfans and ashamed of it etc etc

I’m surprised he hasn’t been sacked given that he runs a business in his spare time which must run into work time and also features in her explicit videos she makes

Isn't Millie a hardcore vegan? But suppose its okay to endorse dairy products when you're shilling overpriced sex toys. 🙄 Understand it was #gifted but I'm sure influencers can refuse gifts from brands they don't want to work with and she could've shilled one of their other products whilst saying they also do the Easter eggs and showing a screenshot of them etc.

I've followed her for years because the craziness was somehow quite addictive to follow but it has got too much. I feel she changes her entire personality every now and again. This sudden break up right after marrying and already moving on? I do believe she has serious mental health issues but I really feel for Rishi and those who get involved with her

I was hoping to find a thread on The Birds Papaya... she goes on and on about being body positive but sells shape wear and anything else that comes her way. The smash and tess rompers are horrible and the sizing is not body positive! What size is XXX extra small or XXX extra large? And her cheap jacket was way over priced

I get the impression that her & her husband have split up, she talks about being on her own a lot.
The cancer thing really gets my goat as she got her followers through the articles about how she shaved her head cos of chemo but there was something suss about the whole thing. Idk but she seems to use anything for followers and then move onto the new thing.
