I worked with a very odd man who everyone was convinced was a virgin. For secret Santa he got porn DVDs as a supposedly hilarious jape but it actually just came off as really hurtful and nasty and he never took part again
it is a retail environment so it's pretty standard

Ours is free, it’s during the afternoon tho so if you don’t want to go you need to take the afternoon as annual leave. I quite enjoy it tho despite generally being pretty anti social
