Has anyone used their services? Are they to be reccomended? It's an expensive service but it sounds more tailored.

The UK Therapists need to be. Online Therapy is booming at the moment so there are several options outside of Better Help. Does your employer have an EAP? You can typically get eight face-to-face or Zoom sessions via that and it’s all confidential.And presumably not subject to the same regulations or codes of practice as say the NHS. Good therapy is so hard to access on a low income.
