So my hair is thinning big time!! Any recommendations for shampoo and conditioner that actually works?!?!
I'm a recent convert to Olaplex. It's not cheap, but my hair's condition has improved massively over the past two months. Less breakage and it feels much thicker and healthier <3

I’m an Olaplex convert, too. You can save a lot of money ordering it on LookFantastic when they have discount codes, it works out cheaper than a lot of run-of-the-mill brands.

Do you use treatments and oils? They’ll probably have a bigger impact on the condition than the shampoo/conditioner. I sleep in Olaplex 0, 3 & follow-up with 8. I have the shampoo and conditioner but the treatments make the difference.

label.m is another good brand, they have a thickening range and I remember their Therapy Age-Defying oil being great for lacklustre hair.

I’ve been using the oplalex 3 and not really noticed a difference as yet

I’ve bit the bullet and ordered more oplalex - fingers crossed x

I don’t think you will see loads of difference with Olaplex if you have healthy hair, I can’t see any difference now that my damage has been cut off.

Olaplex 8 turned my hair into absolute straw, twice!! I love the rest of Olaplex though. I got started with their Holiday Hair Fix Kit which includes four 100 ml bottles: 3 through 6. Six has lasted me ages and is my favorite part - my hair feels strong and thick thx to it.

Oh yes, I love 6! I always buy multiple bottles of 0, 1, 3, 5 and 6. I don’t rate the 8 but haven’t had any detrimental effects, I just use it in conjunction with the other treatments. I’ve not tried the bond oil yet as I have lots of moroccanoil to work through, is that any good?

I’m a big believer in it has to come from within. My hair was super thick and then suddenly went thin and lifeless. I did a load of research and now I take B complex, biotin, vitamin c and iron everyday. You should try it 🙂

I’m in the same boat but I’ll let you know if I test it. I don’t like having to reapply moroccanoil as frequently as I do, would be interesting if the Olaplex oil has better staying power
