Bens eating habits must be tremendously bad, he boasts about burning thousands of calories in exercise but shows small or no losses. At roughly 3500cal per 1lb if he was eating as clean as he makes out you would expect more of a loss, taking into account the size he already allowed to balloon himself into it should be falling off

He must eat a lot more than he shows. He also does all this batch cooking but there’s never mention of him eating these batch cooked meals. He (I mean his wife paid for it) bought a second freezer just to stick all these batch cooked meals he never eats in.

Cue a post about one of these meals he will be conveniently eating, as he reads here. Hi Ben! You massive dick splash.

Basically, he hasn’t worked for years, nothing is stopping him from working now. His wife is the only bread winner, yet he spends her money on crap. Oh and trips to Birmingham for SW nights out where he got up close and personal with the women. One of the women he tried it on with turned him down which is hilarious!

Ben has no morals and takes advantage of his wife on a massive scale.

Exactly. Thing is, I know plenty of people with mental health conditions/ diagnosis and they all manage to work.

My other half for example, he has had some seriously dark days with his depression, is on quite high does of meds. But guess what, he works full time. As do many others. Ben certainly doesn’t display any issues to prevent him working. He just doesn’t want to, he’s a lazy bell end.
