Can anyone advise on any relevant courses etc to do?
ICF accredited course I believe thats the official recongnised certification.
So you need an official.
Then try and get work experience or basically shadow someone and watch.
Try linked in and say can I shadow you for a day for some experience.
Then you can do courses of a day or 2 here and there if you feel you need confidence but please get an acredited course as then you have value and proper training.
Furthermore go to a careers advisor or just call one. Some are free.
You will find them online via colleges or unis.
An official college or uni will likely be your best bet for such a course.
