Paul dumped her again. And again. And again. She was always the one to come asking back. The Whatsapps don't lie.
He gave her a deal when she came back begging in March 2020, after drug-dealer John had scammed her: on Bayley side - no drugs, no drink, no side-fucking. On Paul's side: financial support and fun. On both sides: Bayley can have a chance to see if life experience has improved her ability to act as a responsible adult, with even the lowest level of ability to maintain an adult relationship.
She was a grown woman, of very great experience. Hooking since she was 17. She did not have to take the Deal. She did. She broke it. It was a Contract. Legally binding. She broke it. Tattlers will be able to read more about the actual legal consequences of that in days to come.
Even that would not matter much. All she has to do at any point was say "Thanks for helping out. It was/was not fun. I don't want your money any more. I want to go off and fuck Escort Clients, Sam Gowland, Tex and his mates, and others." No problem.
The only reason there is a Problem is because:
(1) she lied to get money to spend on (a) fucking Sam Gowland (and others); (b) fucking Tex; and lots of others in Dubai while she was "with" Tex (which he is in denial about);
(2) she did drugs in Dubai, and has admitted it on Whatsapp and in person;
(3) she begged Paul to fly to Dubai for NYE (the WhatsApps don't lie), used the hotel for 2 nights of partying, then secretly checked out to go fuck Tex (which she had to do because he'd bought her a £40k Bracelet). He arrived at the hotel villa, to find it empty. No note. No text. Just left behind her kidney tablets whcih she was having to take because of the drugs wear and tear on her system (did warn her about that many times).
Even her (then) Escort [fact, not criticism] girly friends group told her that was an unbelievably shitty thing to do, and that they were disgusted with her. You'll see on IG that they don't socialise any more.
She eventually turned up the next day at 7pm. She looked like an addict (which she is). Washed out. Smelly. Hollow black rimmed eyes. Wearing a stained gym wear get up.
She lied about how she was "staying at a girl friends".
She admitted she was taking drugs (she called it Zanax: which is half true - Pink = Zanak plus Coke)

Paul said: Ok, 2 choices. Return to London in Jan 2021, do rehab, and I'll support you. Or stay here, and face the consequences.
She chose the consequences. Of which Tattling is one: and the least of them.
So Paul had a pool party the next day with some bikini wearers (not so broken-hearted). Flew home. Dug out the truth.
(4) she made up packing crates of lies to try and cover her tracks;
(5) got Tex to join in the lies (Tex texted: "She's not my girlfriend." "I'm just her personal shopper"; "she wears a bracelet my I got for my sister.");
(6) used the lies told by Tex and her to get a bit more money: like in blagging money to go to the Maldives with Tex "I'm going with a girlfriend, so if you see me there on IG I don't want you to get the wrong idea."
I didn't write any of that. I write this.
